• With your consent, we use your data to inform you about website developments and special offers and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive these, you can let us know by sending us an email or by adjusting your preferences in your account.
• If you create an account at Imovex.eu, we store your data. In your Imovex.eu account, we store information such as your name and address, telephone number (if provided) and email address, so that you do not have to enter these details with every order. More information about the retention period can be found below under Retention periods.
• Data about the use of our services and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our website.

Email communications and external processors
For sending emails, such as order confirmations and invoices, we use external service providers. These parties process personal data on our behalf, such as email addresses, names and the content of email messages, insofar as this is necessary for the correct delivery of these messages.

We strive to limit the amount of personal data in email messages and refer to a secure environment where possible.

Personal data processed by these service providers may in some cases be stored or processed outside the European Economic Area. Imovex.eu does not sell your data and treats it confidentially
Imovex.eu will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make it available to third parties involved in fulfilling your order. These include delivery partners, product support, payment providers, IT service providers and parties that collect our reviews. Our employees and the third parties we engage are required to respect the confidentiality of your data, and we have concluded contracts in accordance with European Union regulations. If law enforcement agencies or other official bodies demand access to personal data on legal grounds, Imovex.eu may comply with such requests.

In addition, we use external parties for hosting, IT management, email communications and analytics, among other things. These parties process personal data exclusively on our behalf and on the basis of data processing agreements.

Retention periods
To protect your privacy as effectively as possible, we have taken appropriate measures. We do not store or use your data for longer than necessary. After that, we delete all data we hold about you, or we anonymise your data because we need certain data for internal analyses and reports, such as the value of your order. In practice, this means the following:

Orders placed with account creation
When you place an order at Imovex.eu and choose to create an account, your account will be retained for 5 years after your most recent order. After this period, the account will be anonymised. This means that your personal data such as name, email address, telephone number and address details will be removed. If you only create an account and never place an order, it will also be automatically deleted after 5 years.
Each order you have placed through your account will be anonymised after 12 months. You will, of course, still be able to view the products you ordered within your secure environment after these 12 months.

Orders placed without account creation
When you place an order at Imovex.eu and choose to check out without creating an account, your order details will be retained for up to 30 days after completion of the order. This is necessary for correct order processing, any questions regarding the order and possible returns. After this, your personal data in the order will be anonymised.

Email communications
Data related to email communications is retained for a limited period and no longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. This means that email data and associated metadata may in some cases be temporarily stored by our email service providers.

Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. These include the use of secure connections (SSL/TLS), access restrictions and secure data storage.
